Can I cancel a vet fee policy within the 14 day cooling off period?
All policies can be cancelled with a full refund inside 14 days from the point of purchase.
After this 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a pro-rata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the policy is due, whichever is the lesser amount, as per the terms and conditions agreed to upon sign up:
