Can I cancel my Gold One Club Membership?
You are able to cancel Gold membership within the first 14 days, providing you have not submitted a claim under the insurance policy, or placed an order.
A full refund will be issued with no admin charges.
After these 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a prorata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the membership is due, whichever is the lesser amount.
