Can I cancel my Gold or Platinum One Club Membership?
If you wish to cancel your OneClub membership:
- You should make any request for cancellation of a policy by email, in writing or by telephoning the Customer Service Team on 01274711011.
- You are able to cancel Gold membership within the first 14 days, providing you have not submitted a claim under the insurance policy or placed an order on harryhall.com. If within 14 days, a full refund will be issued with no admin charges.
- After the 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a prorata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the membership due, whichever is the lesser amount.
