  • You are able to cancel Gold or Platinum membership within the first 14 days, provided you have not submitted a claim under the insurance policy, or placed an order. A full refund will be issued with no admin charges. If any orders have been placed during the membership you will be required to either return the order in full under the Harry Hall Returns policy or be invoiced the remainder of the non-member price. Alternatively, if you still wish to benefit from product savings you can downgrade to Bronze membership at a cost of £10 per year. After these 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a prorata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the membership is due, whichever is the lesser amount.
