Understanding the dates on your documents:

There are two different dates you may be looking at, which cover different things:

Your membership dates (shown in your Welcome Email as your Start Date and Renewal Date) run for 12 months from when you joined or last renewed — these are personal to you.

Your Evidence of Cover document, for your Public Liability and Personal Accident cover, sits under Harry Hall's master insurance policy, which runs annually from 1 May to 30 April for all members, regardless of when you joined. This is why the dates on your Evidence of Cover may look different to your membership dates — you're still fully covered for as long as your membership remains active within that policy year.
