Thank you for your contact. I am sorry to hear you received your item stained. 

We try to ensure that all our rugs arrive to each and every customer in excellent condition and our returns service enables customers to return rugs to us that are still in acceptable condition for resale only, when not faulty. This has clearly found its way through our checks by mistake which is not acceptable and definitely not to our usual standard.
