Why cant I update my card details?

To update your card details please use the below link and login to your insurance portal


Once you are logged in click on the ‘Payment’ tab and then update card registered by clicking on the purple icon. You will need to complete all details in the grey box then scroll in the box to click the green 'Card Register' button to update the card.

Your bank will then ask you to complete the 2-factor authentication process to complete the update. It will give you a value of £0.00 which is correct as it is a pre-authorisation.
