For any successful Vet Fee claims, can a payout be made directly to the Vets?
Yes – Upon agreement of a settlement amount, the payment can either be paid directly to the Vets, or to your nominated bank account.
How long will it take for my claim to be paid?
You will be instructed clearly by the claim handlers on feasible timescales. However, some cases may be complex, so once a decision is made, you will then receive confirmation of when the payment will be processed.
After reporting an incident, how long will a response take?
You will receive an initial acknowledgment by the next working day, followed by further guidance and support.
Do I need to gather my evidence first before presenting or reporting a potential claimable incident?
No, you must notify the us immediately or when reasonably possible; without delay as highlighted in the claim notification table, and you will be guided on how to proceed.
