Why didn't my insurance payment process successfully?

Why didn't my insurance payment process successfully?

Payment's can fail for various reasons.

At a customers annual renewal date, the full premium is collected from a card
At a customers monthly renewal date, the first months premium is collected from a card with eleven consecutive Direct debit payments. 

Please see below for some common failed payment reasons
  1. Card invalid, lost, stolen, blocked
  2. Card expired 
  3. Card not eligible for the transaction type 
  4. Cancelled Direct debit
  5. Account type not eligible for Direct debit
  6. Limited funds
