Can my failed payment be retried?

If you have successfully updated the relevant payment information for your payment plan type. (Card or Sort code & Account number) The systems should automatically retry a failed payment as long as its not 28 days or more overdue. 

If in doubt, Customer service can check this. Please either select to speak to an operative on live chat or dial 01274 711011.
