How do I return my item(s)?
1) Complete the return note
2) Repackage your item using the bag it was delivered in where possible
3) Attach the Royal Mail return address label provided, add your address to the ‘from’ section
4) Take your parcel to your local post office and obtain a proof or postage receipt
You can track your return using the barcode on your royal mail or DPD receipt via the tracking service below:

All returns are processed within 14 working days from date of receipt. Once your item is refunded/exchanged a payment refund transaction or email will be sent and this will show refunded/ exchanged on your order.
If you do not receive a refund /exchange, within 14 working days please contact us on 01274 711011, with your proof of postage.
Can I return a personalised item?
We are not able to accept any personalised item for refund or exchange as the item has been specifically personalised for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I personalise my item once I have received it?
Unfortunately at this time, it is not possible to request personalisation for your order after you have received your item.
Am I covered to ride someone else’s horse with Gold Membership?
Yes, you would be covered if you use another person’s horse with permission, however should you be hiring a horse from a business then they should be covering this under their own policy arrangements.
